Famous American actor, cause of death revealed in 6 months... "Fentanyl Overdose"

Hollywood actor Adam Rich's cause of death has been revealed.

According to TMZ on the 23rd (local time), actor Adam Richie, who starred in 'Eight Is Enough', died of a fentanyl overdose.

Adam Richie died on January 7th at his home in Los Angeles. Age of death 54 years old. The cause of death was delivered six months after the news of death.

Richie made a name for himself playing the youngest son, Nicholas Bradford, in 'Eight Is Enough'. The series ran from 1977 to 1981 and was greatly loved.

Adam Richie was arrested in 1991 for vandalizing a drugstore window to get drugs.
