Lim Young-woong, new song 'Sand Grains' YouTube Weekly Popular MV 1st place for 5 consecutive weeks
Singer Lim Young-woong's music video for his new song "Grains of Sand" topped YouTube's weekly popular music video for 5 weeks in a row, while London Boy took 5th place.
According to YouTube music charts and statistics on the 9th, 'Sand Grains' recorded 1.08 million views during the aggregation period of YouTube Korea's popular music videos from June 30 to July 6.
The music video for "Grains of Sand" starts with a calm seaside landscape and contains various natural scenes.
Lim Young-woong's various activities were also depicted, including walking on the sandy beach, driving across the desert, flying through the sky in a light plane, and singing in a recording studio.
Lim Young-woong comforted listeners with the lyrical lyrics, "You can rest by my side anytime. Rest in my heart anytime."
On the other hand, Lim Young-woong's new single 'Sand Grains', which was released on various online music sites at 6 pm on June 5, ranked first on the Melon TOP 100 as of 8 am on June 6. At the same time, it also ranked first in Genie TOP 200, another major music platform.
After sweeping the top spot on the real-time music charts, it rose to No. 1 on the Melon TOP 100, the largest music platform in Korea.
