Ive Jang Won-young 'Going to the emergency room while filming P-MV on stage' Already fighting for the second time with injury
Group Ive member Jang Won-young's fighting spirit for injury has been revealed belatedly and is a hot topic. Jang Won-young's injury fighting spirit is already the second. Following an injury sustained while performing on stage last year, the story of his fighting spirit while filming the music video for "I Am" has been revealed.
On MBC FM4U's 'GOT7 Youngjae's Close Friend', which aired on the 12th, director Son Seung-hee appeared as a guest.
Director Son shared his review of the music video for Ive's 'I AM' and said that he was especially grateful to Jang Won-young. He continued, "This is a story that has never been officially told. Jang Won-young injured his arm while dancing on the spot. Seven stitches were sewn up."
He confessed that he was very surprised at the time. He said, "I had two episodes left, but I thought I couldn't film because I was injured. But (Jang Won-young) went to the emergency room two days in a row and got stitches and then digested all the scenes. It was cool that he didn't show his distress on set."
Director Sohn revealed that Jang Won-young performed powerful choreography, did not show any difficulties, and even finished monitoring meticulously. Director Son also said, "There are many scenes that would have disappeared if Jang Won-young had not digested them after he was injured." Previously, Jang Won-young suffered a knee injury while performing "That's My Girl" at the "Welcome K-Pop Click Concert" in January of last year. He injured his knee while kneeling on the floor and continued the stage without even knowing that blood was flowing.
Jang Won-young, who learned of his injury belatedly, pretended nothing was wrong, finished the performance safely until the stage of 'Take It', and spread his fighting spirit.
