'Between' Thunder and Mimi, Choi Min-hwan and Yul-hee, idol couples shaking the broadcasting family

The idol 'couple' is going to shake the broadcaster. Following FT Island Choi Min-hwan and LABOUM Yul-hee, who surprised the world with their first idol marriage in the music industry, another new couple, Cheon-dung and Mimi, announced their marriage through a broadcast.

Chun Doong and Mimi revealed their secret love affair for four years on KBS2's 'Second House 2', which aired on the 13th. After the broadcast, the two acknowledged their devotion and even hinted at marriage through social media that day. Chun Doong said, "Through 'Second House', I revealed my relationship with Mimi. At first, I was worried and lacked courage, but I mustered up the courage to be with the person I want to be with for the rest of my life."

Mimi also expressed her affection, saying, "I have someone I want to be with for the rest of my life." .

On the 14th, Chun Doong mentioned that he had a firm idea about marriage and revealed that he was in a relationship at the recent recording of 'Second House 2'. He said, "I want to have a wedding next year, but the wedding date has not yet been set before the family meeting."

Although they haven't officially become a couple yet, it seems that they are already shaking the broadcasters by announcing their relationship through broadcasting.

Prior to Thunder and Mimi, there is another pair of 'idol couples' who are active in broadcasting activities like them. It is Choi Min-hwan and Yul-hee. In January 2018, FT Island's Choi Min-hwan and Laboum's Yul-hee surprised fans by announcing their marriage and pregnancy. In October of the same year, they got married and became a full-fledged mother and father with one son and two daughters.

After marriage, Choi Min-hwan and Yul-hee showed their faces in the media actively by revealing their newlyweds' daily lives and raising children in KBS2's 'Housekeeping Men 2'. As a result, Choi Min-hwan also accomplished the feat of winning the 'Hot Issue Entertainer' at the 2019 KBS Entertainment Awards.

As the children grow, the concerns and costs associated with childrearing must have increased. In December 2022, Choi Min-hwan and Yul-hee couple appeared on Channel A's 'Oh Eun-young's Golden Side Counseling Center' and consulted with Dr. Oh Eun-young, saying that the fourth concern and the monthly education cost of 8 million won.
