Esther Yeo revealed that she had the highest weight of her life at 55.9 kg.
On the 21st, a video titled 'It's okay to do nothing' was posted on the YouTube channel 'Esther Yeo's Esther TV'.
Esther Yeo began by saying, “I lived and lived and filmed something like this at home.” He introduced his lunch menu. Esther Yeo's lunch menu was a steak bowl served at a restaurant near her house. Esther Yeo showed the steak rice bowl she was eating and confessed, “If I knew how to film something like this, I would have watched people doing mukbang or something.” He explained, “Eating it when you have no appetite is delicious, and the second one can supplement protein.”
Esther Yeo said, "I'm completely carbohydrate these days," and said, "I've taken up to 55.9kg now." For Esther Yeo, 55.9 kg is the best weight in her life.
He also said, "But the problem is that since I gained 55.9kg, my face has improved, but I don't have clothes to wear. Today, I'm just imitating mukbang people, so I try to eat them with a spoon. Most of them eat with chopsticks."
