On the latest episode of TV Chosun's 'Joseon's Love', comedian Han Yoon-seo encountered a wedding crisis as her future in-laws abruptly canceled their meeting.
During the episode aired on the 4th, Han Yoon-seo expressed gratitude towards her fiancé, Moon Jun-woong, saying, "I'm thankful to you. I'm quite high-spirited and unique, and it must be tough to handle just me, let alone my family. Seeing you embrace all of this shows how broad-minded you are."
She added, "If you thought our family was too much, you would have run away. But seeing you accept our family atmosphere, I believe you can handle any storm."
Moon Jun-woong shared, "My family doesn't talk even during meals. I'm curious about what it will be like when they meet your family," highlighting the contrasting family dynamics.
As Han Yoon-seo was set to meet her future in-laws, Moon Jun-woong revealed, "My mom contacted me last night asking to cancel next week's meeting. I haven't heard from her since, and I don't know why."
Unaware of the situation, Han Yoon-seo was seen buying four packs of beer from the store and drinking on the street, shocking viewers.
Choi Sung-kook commented, "I've seen many unique people, but this is surprising," while Hwang Bo-ra agreed, "It's not ordinary. You'd be shocked to see it in person."
As Han Yoon-seo's mother secretly came to support her daughter, Moon Jun-woong broke the news about the canceled meeting. Even after calling, his mother didn't answer, prompting Kim Guk-jin to note, "Mothers usually answer their son's calls, indicating the seriousness of the situation."
Moon Jun-woong then called his aunt, who might know his mother's concerns. She explained, "Your dad liked the show, but your mom is worried. It seems like the marriage is happening too quickly, and she's concerned about the drinking. If she's not answering calls, she must be very worried."
The broadcasted drinking habits became a stumbling block, causing Han Yoon-seo's mother to sigh. She remarked, "She talked about going on 100 blind dates, showed herself drinking beer, and discussed past relationships. Jun-woong was purely waiting for a partner."
Han Yoon-seo defended herself, saying, "Mom told me to find a man and get married," while 'Son's Mom' Hwang Bo-ra commented, "From a mother-in-law's perspective, it could be uncomfortable. I understand."
