Galaxy Corporation acknowledged the importance of cultural sensitivity and responsible review, stating, "We have recognized the importance of more meticulous cultural sensitivity and responsible review through this incident. We will closely examine and improve our internal review and confirmation procedures, including styling, to operate under more cautious standards."
The agency further stated, "We will continue to approach all activities related to the artist with a more responsible and meticulous attitude, respecting the diverse cultural backgrounds and values of global fans.
