K-pop group TWS has reached a significant milestone with their fifth mini-album 'NO TRAGEDY', achieving their first million-seller status and setting a new personal record for first-week sales.
According to Hanteo Chart on the 4th, TWS's new release, featuring members Shin Yu, Do Hoon, Young Jae, Han Jin, Ji Hoon, and Kyung Min, sold 1,112,770 copies in its first week (April 27 - May 3), topping the weekly album chart. The album sold approximately 830,000 copies on its release day alone (April 27) and surpassed the one million mark by the fourth day, April 30.
The title track 'You, You' quickly entered major domestic music charts such as Melon, Genie Music, and Bugs upon release. It also ranked 4th on YouTube Korea's 'Daily Popular Music Videos' (as of April 28) and amassed 20 million views within six days.
The 'Dda-rum Challenge', inspired by the catchy hook "Dda-rum" from 'You, You', is gaining popularity. The challenge features choreography that rhythmically expresses the desire to follow a loved one. The challenge's audio reached 2nd place on Instagram's 'Reels Rising Popular Audio' chart as of 1 PM on May 3.
TWS will continue their comeback activities by appearing on MBC every1's 'Show! Champion' on the 6th. They will then head to Japan to perform at 'KCON JAPAN 2026' on the 8th and 'Kstyle Party 2026' on the 9th, connecting with their global fanbase.
