Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan experienced an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction on the first episode of MBC's new variety show 'The Best Mountain', which aired on the 3rd.
The show features Yoo Se-yoon, Jang Dong-min, Heo Kyung-hwan, Yang Se-hyung, and Boom as they embark on a climb up Achasan Mountain.
During the episode, Yoo Se-yoon humorously flaunted his MBC Entertainment Awards trophy, joking that he carries it around like a keychain.
The cast of 'The Best Mountain' consists of last year's MBC Entertainment Awards nominees. Yoo Se-yoon, who won the award, had previously joked about the 'losers' being happy, creating a humorous uproar among his peers.
The group mentioned Haha, another nominee, noting that he couldn't join them because he was involved in an SBS program airing at the same time. Jang Dong-min humorously questioned whether such situations should lead to expulsion from MBC, causing laughter.
Heo Kyung-hwan, who wasn't a nominee, joined the show as the 'wild card'. He humorously claimed a seat, saying, "I'll stay since I'm here," and joked with his catchphrase, "Let's pretend I was a nominee."
When Heo Kyung-hwan revealed he watched last year's awards from home, Yang Se-hyung noted his increased presence on TV, expressing amazement. Yoo Se-yoon curiously asked, "What did you do to become so successful?" while Jang Dong-min jokingly called him a "semi-regular".
Before the climb, the show's producer announced that collecting the most acorns would earn a 10% pay raise, a luxurious meal, and exemption from penalties, surprising the cast.
Struggling with the climb in a suit, Heo Kyung-hwan attempted a quick change, asking if he could earn acorns by changing pants in under five seconds. Failing to do so, he ended up exposing his underwear, providing comic relief.
'The Best Mountain' is the first variety show set in the mountains, where participants complete missions to collect acorns and compete to reach the summit.
