Actor Park Dong-bin, affectionately known as 'Juice Uncle,' has been found dead at the age of 56.
According to the Pyeongtaek Police Station in Gyeonggi Province, a friend discovered Park's body at a restaurant in Jangandong, Pyeongtaek City, at around 4:25 PM on the 30th and reported it to the police.
No signs of foul play were found, and no notes or messages that could explain the circumstances were discovered. The restaurant was reportedly being prepared by the deceased for an opening next month.
Born in 1969, Park made his debut in the 1998 film 'Shiri.' He appeared in numerous dramas including 'The Rustic Era,' 'Immortal Admiral Yi Sun-sin,' 'Dae Jo Yeong,' 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal,' 'The Great Wives,' 'Surviving as a Celebrity Manager,' 'Brave Yong Soo-jung,' and 'The Woman Who Swallowed the Sun.' He left a lasting impression with his role as Park Do-jun in the 2012 MBC morning drama 'I Think I Loved You,' particularly for a scene where he spits out juice.
In February 2020, he married fellow actor Lee Sang-yi, and they have a daughter born in 2023.
