Actress Kang So-ra has shared her oriental medicine doctor husband's unique approach to their children's health.
On the 28th, the YouTube channel 'Alttalttalhan Chamgyeon' released a video titled 'Crossing the Line with Son Byeong-ho Game: Kang So-ra's 15-Day Proposal Story'.
In the video, Kang So-ra surprised viewers by revealing that she used to weigh over 70kg, contrasting with her current slim image. She candidly shared her dieting experience, stating, "I lost weight during my senior year of high school."
Recalling those days, Kang So-ra humorously mentioned, "When I passed by Korea National Sport University, the security guard mistook me for a student." When asked by Muzi if her face was still recognizable, she firmly replied, "No, I was robust."
Kang So-ra revealed that after losing weight and appearing on TV, even her friends couldn't recognize her by her real name. She is known to maintain a weight of 48kg at a height of 168cm during her career.
She also shared anecdotes about her love life and marriage, revealing, "I received a proposal just 15 days into dating," which left everyone astonished. Muzi and Ahn Jae-hyun reacted by saying, "That's quite a move," and "She was too good to let go."
Currently raising her children, Kang So-ra openly discussed her daily life. She mentioned, "My husband, being an oriental medicine doctor, is very particular about organic and natural health methods. We don't have snacks at home, and the kids take Gongjindan and Gyeongokgo."
Kang So-ra, who admitted to not cooking before marriage, humorously confessed, "I only cook simple dishes like stew or grilled fish. Honestly, I prefer doing the dishes."
Meanwhile, Kang So-ra married her older non-celebrity husband, an oriental medicine doctor, in August 2020, and they have two daughters.
