On the 28th, Poppin Hyun Joon shared several photos on his social media with the caption, "Today's broadcast recording." In the photos, he is seen smiling brightly while embraced by his wife, Park Ae-ri, a traditional Korean musician.
Sporting a bold blonde hairstyle, a checkered shirt, and horn-rimmed glasses, Poppin Hyun Joon showcased a hip style, contrasting with Park Ae-ri's classic elegance in traditional Korean attire. His face, marked with wrinkles, caught the eye, and his noticeably gaunt appearance evoked concern.
Previously, on the 15th, Poppin Hyun Joon had shared an update on his health via social media, revealing a hospital visit. Dressed in patient attire and receiving an IV, he explained, "Gastric adenoma is a malignant tumor in the stomach lining, which, if left untreated, has a high potential to progress to cancer." This revelation raised concerns among fans.
Born in 1979, Poppin Hyun Joon is now 47 years old. He married Park Ae-ri, who is two years his senior, in 2011, and they have a daughter together. Last year, he stepped down from his teaching position at Baekseok Arts University following controversy over inappropriate remarks made during a practical dance class. At the time, he expressed, "I deeply regret creating an uncomfortable atmosphere with inappropriate behavior as an educator, and I apologize for making students feel sexually uncomfortable, regardless of my intentions."
