Actor Jin Tae-hyun Exits 'Divorce Deliberation Camp' After Two Years
Actor Jin Tae-hyun has announced his departure from the reality show 'Divorce Deliberation Camp' after two years.

On the 27th, Jin Tae-hyun shared a post on his Instagram story without any comment. The post featured a magazine article titled 'Jin Tae-hyun Leaves Divorce Deliberation Camp... Completes Final Filming.' The article noted, "Jin Tae-hyun has been active as a household investigator for the husband's side and as an assistant in couple psychodramas," and added that he completed his final recording on the 25th after nearly two years of participation.

The magazine further expressed, "It's disappointing as Jin Tae-hyun received much love for his vivid performances on the divorce reality show Divorce Deliberation Camp."

A JTBC representative confirmed, "It is true that Jin Tae-hyun is leaving 'Divorce Deliberation Camp.'"

Jin Tae-hyun joined 'Divorce Deliberation Camp' after it was officially scheduled to air on JTBC in August 2024. He served as a household investigator for the husband's side and as an assistant in couple psychodramas for approximately 1 year and 8 months.

Notably, when Jin Tae-hyun was preparing for thyroid cancer surgery last year, the 'Divorce Deliberation Camp' team wrote a heartfelt rolling paper for him. The program also waited for his recovery and return.

However, both JTBC and Jin Tae-hyun decided on his departure to allow for program restructuring and changes.

Jin Tae-hyun's episodes will continue to air until June. His successor has not yet been determined.

Previously, there were rumors that the appearance fee for divorced couples on 'Divorce Deliberation Camp' was 10 million won. On the 11th, former participant Kim Byul appeared on a YouTube channel and stated, "(The appearance fee for 'Divorce Deliberation Camp') is generous. It's quite decent. It's about 'one sheet' in size."

Meanwhile, JTBC's 'Divorce Deliberation Camp' is a reality program where couples contemplating divorce experience a virtual deliberation period and adjustment process through cohabitation, allowing them to realistically consider actual divorce.
