The group NEXZ has expressed their determination to achieve their first music show win.
JYP Entertainment's boy group NEXZ, consisting of members Tomoya, Yuu, Haru, So Gun, Seita, Huey, and Yuki, held a media showcase on the 27th at the Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their second single album 'Mmchk'.
During the event, Seita shared their goals for this promotion, stating, "We hope to receive more love and attention. Although we were nominated for first place in music shows during our previous activities, we have yet to achieve a win. This time, we are determined to secure the top spot." He added, "All the members will work hard to achieve this goal."
They also revealed a promise for their potential win. Huey mentioned, "There's a lyric 'Chopstick to pick up Crackers', and we thought it would be fun for fans if we held the microphone with chopsticks during a live performance," which brought laughter.
The album includes three tracks: the title song 'Mmchk', 'HYPEMAN', and 'Mmchk (English Version)'. Notably, members Tomoya, Huey, and Yuki participated in writing the lyrics, drawing attention. Having consistently contributed to their previous works like 'Next Zeneration' and 'Next To Me', NEXZ showcases their potential as a 'next-generation self-producing group' by being involved in the entire album.
NEXZ's debut single 'Mmchk' is available for streaming on various online music platforms starting at 6 PM on the 27th.
