A call from an employee who spotted a pregnant Geum Bara at a rest stop with an elderly woman shocked everyone. On a stormy night, Ha Yong-jung visited Geum Bara's house and encountered Shin Joo-shin. They reminisced about Geum Bara over drinks. The episode ended with Geum Bara returning with a cold demeanor, confronting Momo (with Kim Jin-joo's brain) at the swimming pool, warning her not to bite her nails, and internally expressing anger, "Those are my sister's nails."
Feeling anxious about Geum Bara's return, Momo (with Kim Jin-joo's brain) sought out Ha Yong-jung, who coldly rejected her. After Momo left, Shin Joo-shin informed Ha Yong-jung that Geum Bara was hospitalized for tests, prompting him to drive frantically towards her, setting the stage for upcoming turmoil.
