Reality Star Young-ja Opens Up About Her Marriage Journey with Young-chul
Young-ja, a participant from the 28th season of the reality show 'I Am Solo', shared her heartfelt reflections on her marriage.

Recently, Young-ja took to Instagram to express her thoughts, stating, "The 10 hours spent at the Couple Love School today were short in time but deep in heart." She continued, "For two people who have lived 44 years apart to sit in one space and look at each other requires more courage than one might think."

She added, "We were very different, and within those differences, there were moments of clash and misunderstanding. But today, for the first time, instead of asking 'Why is he like that?', I found myself thinking 'He couldn't help it.' It wasn't about who was right or wrong, but about two people from different lives coming together, which is precious and valuable." She acknowledged, "Marriage isn't always smooth, and we can't always walk on green pastures. There will be clashes, disappointments, and exhaustion. Yet, choosing to walk together is what makes a marriage."

Young-ja further explained, "On the surface, we may seem loud and flashy because we met on TV. But deep down, we genuinely want to understand each other and live well, not hurt each other. We attended the Couple School not because of problems, but because we wanted to live better together due to our differences. Through Imago dialogue, compliment signals, and letters to each other, we revisited forgotten feelings. I realized how grateful I am for his presence and how loved I am."

She concluded, "I am still imperfect, but I strive to live diligently and honestly. Despite the challenges of remarriage, I want to protect this marriage with all my effort. My husband may not be perfect for someone else, but he is the one for me, my partner in life. I want to nurture this relationship wisely, warmly, and strongly. It's okay not to be perfect. I believe that differences can teach us and clashes can deepen our bond." She expressed her love for her husband, Young-chul, saying, "I want to cherish this feeling today and live with more love in the future. Thank you, love, and gratitude today."

Notably, Young-chul commented, "I love you so much, my dear."

Young-ja and Young-chul appeared on the SBS Plus and ENA show 'I Am SOLO' 28th season divorcee special, and after becoming a real-life couple, they remarried in January. Despite facing hardships like a miscarriage and various rumors, they continue to receive support and show strong affection for each other.
