TV Personality Jeon Hyun-moo Regrets Not Buying Luxury Han River View Apartment

TV personality Jeon Hyun-moo recently revealed that he backed out of purchasing a luxury apartment with a stunning Han River view at the last minute.

On the October 19th episode of KBS2's 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears,' Kim Da-in, the founder of the fashion brand Mâitinkim, who achieved a remarkable annual revenue of 100 billion KRW at the age of 32, made an appearance.

In the segment 'Walking to the Boss's House' hosted by Park Myung-soo, Kim Da-in, a leading figure in the fashion industry known for captivating the MZ generation with her brand Mâitinkim, was featured. Born in 1992, Kim Da-in started her business at the age of 24 with a capital of just 300,000 KRW and has since built a 100 billion KRW annual revenue empire. Her newly launched brand also achieved 10 billion KRW in sales within just two years.

During the episode, Kim invited Park Myung-soo and intern Oh My Girl's Hyojung to her high-rise apartment in Seongsu-dong, known as Trimage, which offers a breathtaking view of the Han River. Trimage, a residential complex with 688 units, opened in July 2015 and is home to several celebrities, including Son Heung-min, BTS, Taeyeon, and Kim Jaejoong.

Upon seeing the Han River view, Jeon Hyun-moo expressed his regret, saying, "That's the place." He confessed that he almost purchased an apartment there but decided against it at the last moment. Jeon lamented, "After I backed out, the price increased tenfold." Announcer Um Ji-in humorously remarked, "If you had bought it back then, you could have reduced your TV appearances," eliciting laughter.
