As the night deepened, the men's choices for the simultaneous selection date were revealed. The unexpected switch in date partners prompted Young-ja to exclaim, "What kind of twisted fate is this?" Young-sik also expressed his disbelief, saying, "Isn't this ridiculous?" Subsequently, Young-ho from the 18th season, Sang-chul from the 13th season, and Young-chul from the 15th season all chose Young-ja from the 25th season, resulting in a 4:1 date scenario including Young-chul from the 27th season.
Young-sik from the 20th season had an awkward night date with Soon-ja from the 17th season. He inquired, "Why did you choose Young-chul from the 27th season?" Soon-ja explained, "When the women talked before the date selection, it seemed like it would be a group date, so I chose my second option to avoid that." She candidly admitted, "After the date, I felt a bit more excited about Young-sik from the 20th season."
However, Young-sik confessed, "Timing is crucial, and I feel off track now. During the date with Young-ja from the 25th season, her bright demeanor was very appealing." In response, Soon-ja retorted, "I already said I chose Young-chul from the 27th season to avoid a group date. If you keep feeling disappointed, what more can I do? Should I try harder to win you over?" Young-sik replied, "I don't know. Do as you please. During today's date, I didn't shy away from physical contact with Young-ja from the 25th season, which makes me wonder if I see her as a woman. I plan to decide by tomorrow."
In an interview with the production team, Young-sik revealed, "I couldn't communicate with Soon-ja from the 17th season. I realized we might not be compatible in conversation. My feelings have shifted towards Young-ja from the 25th season."
