Stray Kids Nominated for American Music Awards for Second Consecutive Year

Stray Kids have been nominated for the American Music Awards (AMA) for the second consecutive year.

According to the official list of nominees announced by the AMA on October 14th, Stray Kids have been selected as nominees for the 'Best Male K-Pop Artist' category at the '2026 AMA', which will be held on May 25th.

In 2024, they were the second K-pop group to perform at the awards ceremony. In 2025, they were nominated for 'Favorite K-Pop Artist' and 'Favorite Soundtrack', and this year, they have been nominated once again, continuing their streak of nominations for two consecutive years. The AMA is considered one of the three major music awards in the United States, alongside the Grammy Awards and the Billboard Music Awards.

Their achievements on the Billboard charts are also noteworthy. Since entering the Billboard 200 main album chart at number one with their 2022 mini-album 'ODDINARY', they have topped the chart with a total of eight consecutive albums, including their latest release 'DO IT'. This is a record-breaking achievement in the history of the Billboard 200 chart. Recently, they held their sixth official fan meeting 'STAY in Our Little House' at the Incheon Inspire Arena, where they connected with fans.

Stray Kids have upcoming international performances scheduled. They will participate in 'The Governors Ball Music Festival' in New York on June 6th and will headline the 'Rock in Rio' festival in Brazil on September 11th.
