After a two-year hiatus since his special appearance in tvN's 'Wedding Impossible' in 2024, actor Kim Bum has announced his return by unveiling behind-the-scenes stills.
On the 14th, King Kong by Starship, Kim Bum's agency, released several behind-the-scenes photos from the poster shoot of SBS's new Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Today's Sold Out' (directed by Ahn Jong-yeon, written by Jin Seung-hee, produced by Studio S, Beyond J, Slingshot Studio), where Kim Bum plays the role of 'Seo Eric'.
'Today's Sold Out' is a romance drama that follows the story of perfectionist farmer Matthew Lee (aka Quail, played by Ahn Hyo-seop) and sell-out show host Dam Ye-jin (played by Chae Won-bin) as they become entangled day and night. Kim Bum is set to portray 'Seo Eric', the executive director of the global skincare brand 'Letoile'.
In the released photos, Kim Bum captivates with a fresh transformation. Sporting a bright hair color, he exudes the exotic vibe of Eric, who is of French descent, and showcases a dandy office look in a suit, achieving a high character sync. This raises anticipation for the new side of Kim Bum that will be revealed in 'Today's Sold Out'.
Meanwhile, SBS's new Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Today's Sold Out' is set to premiere on the 22nd at 9 PM.
