Kim Go-eun, born in 1991, shared her thoughts on working with Kim Jae-won, born in 2001, in a romantic setting.

On the afternoon of the 7th, a production presentation for the TVING original series 'Yumi's Cells Season 3' (written by Song Jae-jung, Kim Kyung-ran/directed by Lee Sang-yeob, hereafter referred to as 'Yumse') was held at The Link Seoul Tribute Portfolio Hotel Wedding in Guro-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Kim Go-eun, Kim Jae-won, and director Lee Sang-yeob.

'Yumi's Cells 3' depicts the story of Yumi (played by Kim Go-eun), who has become a star writer, experiencing unexpected emotions and romance due to an unforeseen person in her otherwise mundane life.

Kim Go-eun plays the role of Yumi, a successful romance novelist who still finds love challenging. When asked about her chemistry with Kim Jae-won, who is 10 years her junior, she said, "I think it was perfect. Everything is captured in Season 3, so please watch with interest. I just saw the highlight video for the first time, and even though I was acting, I found myself smiling contentedly. The video turned out cute. I hope you watch Season 3."

Kim Go-eun also added, "I diligently visited the dermatologist and learned MZ generation slang. Jae-won has many mature aspects, so the 10-year age gap didn't feel significant."

Kim Jae-won plays the role of Sun-rok, Yumi's PD, who brings excitement to her monotonous life. Regarding his chemistry with Kim Go-eun, he said, "As a junior, I didn't feel the age difference at all. If I had, it would have been difficult to approach her, but she was just a good, pretty, and generous older sister. When filming started, her gaze changed, and I could feel the professionalism of a senior. The age difference was not an issue."

When asked to pick his favorite cell, he resonated with the love cell mentioned by Kim Go-eun and said, "I think I'm also a love cell. I've come to love and trust the people around me completely." He continued, "As a newcomer, I didn't have the luxury to fully love the roles I played, but in this project, my affection for the character Sun-rok has grown."

Director Lee Sang-yeob, who is launching a new season after four years, stated, "I believe the reason the original and previous seasons were loved is that they resonated with young people. I think the remaining story can also resonate with the youth living in the present, and I empathized with it as well. I believe it will be a meaningful work."

'Yumse' will be released on TVING at 6 PM on the 13th and will air on tvN at 8:50 PM.
