She continued, "I grew up well, and my stepmother made a tremendous effort," expressing her gratitude. Seo also mentioned, "My stepmother didn't have her own children. I think she made that choice to avoid any potential discrimination against us. As I got older, I realized how big of a sacrifice that was. I was so immature to take it for granted back then."

Upon arriving at the Gapyeong residence, Seo In-young warmly greeted her parents and took a tour of the house. A meal featuring native chicken was prepared, and the family engaged in a lively conversation. When the production team mentioned, "Seo In-young expressed her gratitude to her mother," her stepmother recalled, "Before we lived together, I only saw her face, and she was so pretty."

She continued, "The two kids approached holding hands, and their hands were so warm that I decided to live with them," adding, "About a week later, they started calling me 'mom.'"
