Previously, in 2024, Han So-hee was involved in a love triangle scandal with actor Ryu Jun-yeol and Girl's Day member and actress Hyeri. Rumors of a romance between Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol surfaced following sightings of them in Hawaii. Shortly after the rumors spread, Hyeri, who had ended her eight-year relationship with Ryu Jun-yeol, fueled the scandal by posting "Interesting" on her social media.
In response to the rumors, Han So-hee addressed the situation on her social media, posting a photo of a dog holding a knife and stating her stance on the alleged love triangle. She clarified, "I do not like people who are in relationships, nor do I give room for ambiguity under the name of friendship, nor do I interfere in others' relationships." She added, "I enjoy the 'Transit Love' program, but it has no place in my life. I find this amusing too."
