On the latest episode of SBS's variety show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny,' aired on the 7th, broadcaster Lee Sang-min joined as a special MC, celebrating his new marriage at the age of 53.
During the episode, Lee Sang-min, who is approaching his first wedding anniversary with his wife, who is 10 years his junior, expressed his uncertainty, saying, "We skipped the wedding ceremony, so this is our first anniversary. I don't know what to do for her."
Kim Gura, who has experience with remarriage, shared, "I also had a modest wedding without an officiant, congratulatory money, or a host," adding, "Whenever we attend someone else's wedding, the atmosphere at home isn't great. She feels disappointed."
Lee Sang-min, who previously revealed that he didn't have a wedding ceremony as per his wife's wishes, claimed, "She doesn't feel disappointed," but Kim Gura humorously insisted, "No, she does feel disappointed."
When Lee Sang-min's wife was referred to as the 'female Seo Jang-hoon,' the cast members were curious, asking, "Is it her appearance? Is she 2 meters tall?" Lee Sang-min explained, "My wife is very sensitive and meticulous. She's sensitive to sounds and smells and doesn't let things slide."
Kim Gura teased, "Lee Sang-min must have a hard time," to which close friend Lee Ji-hye added with laughter, "He seems to be very cautious."
Seo Jang-hoon, who was humorously compared to Lee Sang-min's wife, commented, "Though not well-known, she is very capable and beautiful. People around us say she's too good for him," but added, "We haven't seen her yet."
As curiosity about her appearance continued, Kim Hee-chul remarked, "Her first impression was like actress Kim Hee-sun," heightening the intrigue.
Meanwhile, Lee Sang-min remarried a non-celebrity woman 10 years his junior in a whirlwind romance, registering their marriage just three months after dating on April 30 last year.
Broadcaster Kim Gura remarried a non-celebrity woman 12 years his junior in December 2020, without a formal ceremony, after divorcing in 2015. He welcomed a daughter in 2021.
