Former Lovelyz member Mijoo recently participated in a dating simulation with a male idol.
On the 6th, the YouTube channel 'Just Mijoo' released a video titled 'Dating Tips That Drive People Crazy (feat. No.1 Love Instructor)'.
In the video, Mijoo took on the role of a 'No.1 Love Instructor'. She confidently claimed, "I'm a specialist in capturing men's hearts," and humorously asked the staff, "Raise your hand if you've ever had a crush on me."
Mijoo simulated a date with her 'guy friend' Jangjun from Golden Child at Seoul Forest. She criticized Jangjun, saying, "It's wrong to keep a woman waiting," not acknowledging his 'No.1 Love Instructor' status.
Their 13-year friendship was evident in their candid exchanges. When Jangjun playfully pulled Mijoo towards a puddle, she retorted, "Pushing a woman towards the road and telling her to go near the water, you'll never win a girl like that."
When Mijoo commented on Jangjun's 'kooky' fashion, saying, "Women wouldn't want to be next to you," Jangjun grumbled, "You can't even take care of yourself," and warned, "We know a lot about each other, let's be careful with our words."
When asked by the production team if Mijoo seems good at dating, Jangjun replied, "No, she's the worst. She lacks persistence." Conversely, Mijoo exposed Jangjun, saying, "He can't date. Women run away from him because he teases too much."
In a role-play where Jangjun called her "honey," Mijoo expressed discomfort, saying, "That would definitely lead to a relationship slump."
During the dating simulation, Mijoo revealed, "I don't like drinking on the first meeting. I prefer mature men and those who haven't dyed their hair."
After the date with her guy friend, Mijoo commented, "If he acts like this, it's no wonder he doesn't have a girlfriend. Everything was the worst. It felt like he was doing things to make me lose interest," adding, "His ideal type is me. I won't go for a second date, but honestly, I could win him over with just a finger."
Meanwhile, Mijoo previously confirmed her relationship with soccer player Song Bum-keun last year, but they parted ways after about nine months.
