K-pop group Kiss of Life has vowed to stay true to their roots as they celebrate their third anniversary.
On the afternoon of the 6th, Kiss of Life held a showcase at the Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to discuss their second single album, 'Who is She'.
During the event, the members shared that they prepared this album to emphasize their original intentions as they mark their third anniversary. Julie expressed, "This moment, as we reach our third anniversary, feels very important to us. We want to convey our passion, love, and sincerity on stage to the public, just as we did when we first started."
Haneul added, "We've often talked about not losing our original intentions throughout our activities. Perhaps staying true to our roots isn't about returning to the past, but about showing our best efforts."
The group explained that the theme of their new single album, 'Underdog', was chosen to return to their original intentions. Julie elaborated, "Since our debut, we've said, 'It's okay not to be perfect. Let's embrace uncertainty and grow from it.' We chose this theme to return to those original thoughts."
'Who is She' is a single album that focuses on the essence of being an artist and expresses a commitment to honesty. The album includes two tracks: the title track 'Who is She' and 'Don't Mind Me'. The title track features the intense sound and performance of early 2000s dance pop, highlighting Kiss of Life's charisma.
Meanwhile, Kiss of Life's second single album 'Who is She' will be released on various music sites at 6 PM on the 6th.
