Chef Eun-young Park, Star of Netflix's 'Chef in Black and White,' Announces May Wedding
Eun-young Park, known as the 'Goddess of Chinese Cuisine' from Netflix's 'Chef in Black and White,' is set to tie the knot this May.

On the recent episode of JTBC's variety show 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,' Park revealed, "I will be getting married in Seoul this May." Her fiancé is a non-celebrity and works as a doctor.

The couple first met through a blind date but initially went their separate ways. However, fate brought them back together, leading to their upcoming marriage. Park shared, "As a chef, everyone always asks me to cook for them, but he was the only one who offered to cook something delicious for me first," explaining how she opened her heart to him.

Adding to the lighthearted atmosphere, Park recounted a humorous story where her fiancé, after watching her energetic idol cover dance, jokingly asked if her restaurant was struggling and promised to help with reservations.

The episode also featured a glimpse of their wedding photoshoot, highlighting her fiancé's impressive physique. Fellow chef Choi Hyun-seok expressed his desire to perform a congratulatory song, while guests Tiffany Young and Hyoyeon from Girls' Generation sang 'Kissing You' on the spot, blessing the couple's future.

Eun-young Park is also a disciple of renowned Chinese cuisine master Chef Yeong-ran Yeo. She honed her skills in traditional Chinese cooking over a decade at a restaurant in Seoul's Gangnam district and gained further experience as a sous chef at a famous restaurant in Hong Kong for a year.
