Korean actress Song Sun-mi, 51, has openly shared her skincare secrets and her candid experience with the side effects of thread lifting.
On October 4th, a video titled "A Single Mom Actress's Unmissable Daily Routine" was uploaded to the 'Yes, Song Sun-mi' channel.
Song Sun-mi stated, "As you all know, I am raising a child on my own," adding, "I am what you call a 'single mom.' There was a time when I thought sacrificing oneself was a virtue for mothers, but I believe that letting go of oneself is dangerous, even for the sake of my child and myself."
She explained in detail why she takes care of herself through exercise, diet, and skincare, saying, "I need to be happy for my child to be happy."
Song also mentioned the challenges of being a single mom, stating, "Time is like gold for single moms. You have to use it effectively, as you are essentially doing the work of two people. Isn't that impressive?" She then introduced her skincare devices, adding, "I use them daily, and although I'm not sure what it is, I seem to be getting prettier. I often hear compliments these days."
When the production team asked if she had undergone thread lifting, Song Sun-mi candidly replied, "I haven't done thread lifting. If I do, I'll let you know. I tried it when I was younger, but I don't like it now."
She confessed about the side effects of the procedure, saying, "Artificial lifting might make you look pretty for a while, but it leaves some damage." She concluded by sharing her realistic philosophy on self-care, stating, "Now, I want to age beautifully and naturally."
