Comedian Kim Jun-ho Reveals How He and Wife Kim Ji-min Became a Couple
Comedian Kim Jun-ho shared the story of how he and his wife, fellow comedian Kim Ji-min, became a couple.
On the 44th episode of Channel S's 'Nidonnaesan Dokbak Tour 4', aired on the 4th, Kim Dae-hee, Kim Jun-ho, Jang Dong-min, Yoo Se-yoon, and Hong In-gyu embarked on a trip to Chuncheon, joined by 'travel buddy' Kang Jae-joon.
Before the trip began, the cast reminisced about the fun of their previous domestic travels. Kim Jun-ho mentioned, "That's right. Even my mother-in-law sent a message to Kim Ji-min saying she enjoyed the 'In-Law House Tour' episode." Jang Dong-min and Yoo Se-yoon then decided on Chuncheon as their travel destination, recalling their college memories.
Meeting the cast at Chuncheon Station, 'Chuncheon's son' Kang Jae-joon emphasized his familiarity with the area and volunteered to guide them. At the first stop, a sundae soup restaurant, Kim Jun-ho complimented Jang Dong-min on his appearance, prompting a joke from Kang Jae-joon. In a game to decide who would pay for the meal, Kang Jae-joon lost and covered the cost.
Kang Jae-joon then recommended a cafe he visited during his dating days with his wife, Lee Eun-hyung. At the cafe, the cast played a game with snack expenses on the line, and Hong In-gyu ended up as the final loser.
While eating bread, Jang Dong-min asked Kang Jae-joon about his relationship, "Who asked who out when you were dating Eun-hyung?" Kang Jae-joon replied, "Eun-hyung confessed first because she liked me. She said she was attracted to my collarbone," he laughed. As the '12th comedian couple', he advised Kim Jun-ho, the '25th', "There are many good things about comedians marrying each other. They can handle strong jokes." Kim Jun-ho then asked, "Isn't there a moment when a colleague suddenly turns into a woman?" leaving Kang Jae-joon flustered.
For the final activity, the cast visited a large kart racing track. Yoo Se-yoon and Hong In-gyu's team took first place, while Kim Jun-ho and Kang Jae-joon's team finished last. The two had to strip down to their shirts and wear mouthguards for a rematch in the freezing -14°C weather. Kim Jun-ho remarked, "This feels like a 'most punished' penalty." In the rematch, Kim Jun-ho narrowly beat Kang Jae-joon by 0.024 seconds, resulting in Kang Jae-joon covering the entire racing cost.
