The legendary Korean folk music group, C'est Si Bon, will take their final bow on TV CHOSUN's 'Golden Friday'.
Airing on the 3rd, 'Golden Friday' will feature a special episode titled 'The Last Story of C'est Si Bon'. This marks the final broadcast performance of the C'est Si Bon family, who have been emblematic of Korean folk music and 1970s youth culture. This broadcast offers a unique opportunity to witness their harmony, which has been cherished for 58 years.
With an average age of 80, the members of C'est Si Bon express their gratitude to their fans by taking the stage one last time. Yoon Hyung-joo shared, "The audience still looks like young girls to us. We wanted to have our final performance on 'Golden Friday' for all the girls across the nation who loved our music," delivering a touching sentiment.
To join C'est Si Bon's finale, renowned Korean guitarist Ham Chun-ho, original member of 'Trio C'est Si Bon', the precursor to 'Twin Folio', and official C'est Si Bon MC Lee Sang-byeok will all make appearances. This rare gathering of talents makes the final moment even more special.
The tribute stage by top trot stars is also a highlight. Jin Kim Yong-bin and Nam Seung-min will perform Song Chang-sik's 'Whale Hunting'. Their lively energy is expected to elevate the atmosphere instantly.
The special episode 'The Last Story of C'est Si Bon' on 'Golden Friday' airs at 10 PM on the 3rd.
