NCT's Mark Departs from SM Entertainment: Contract Ends

Mark from the group NCT is leaving SM Entertainment.

On the 3rd, SM Entertainment officially announced the termination of Mark's exclusive contract.

SM stated, "We have had in-depth discussions with Mark regarding his future activities for a long time, and after thorough conversations, we have agreed to conclude the exclusive contract as of April 8."

As a result, Mark will end all activities with NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and other NCT units.

NCT 127 will continue with members Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Haechan, while NCT DREAM will proceed with Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung.

Mark debuted with NCT in 2016 and has been active in NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and NCT U, while also pursuing a solo career.

Hello, this is SM Entertainment.
We sincerely thank all the fans who have continuously supported NCT.

We have had in-depth discussions with Mark regarding his future activities for a long time, and after thorough conversations, we have agreed to conclude the exclusive contract as of April 8. Consequently, Mark will end all activities with NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and other NCT units.

Since debuting with NCT in 2016, Mark has shown remarkable talent both in group activities and as a solo artist over the past decade. We are grateful for the precious time spent together and sincerely support Mark as he embarks on a new journey.

Moving forward, NCT 127 will continue with members Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Haechan, while NCT DREAM will proceed with Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung.
