Kangmin, a member of the group VERIVERY, has wrapped up the first week of promotions for his debut solo single 'Free Falling'.
Kangmin kicked off his performances on major music shows starting with Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 26th, followed by KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank' on the 27th, and SBS's 'Inkigayo' on the 29th.
On stage, Kangmin expressed the song's themes of anxiety and tension through his choreography and facial expressions. During 'M Countdown', he used angel wing props and wore a black outfit. For 'Music Bank', he donned a brown top and jeans, while on 'Inkigayo', he added a ribbon accessory to his ensemble.
Fans reacted with comments such as "I was overwhelmed watching the stage", "He's a stage genius", and "Both the song and visuals are impressive".
Notably, this new track marks Kangmin's first solo single in his seven-year career. The song is a contemporary R&B pop genre, featuring a harmonious blend of guitar and EP instrumentation. The lyrics delve into the uneasy emotions within a cycle of love and hurt.
