On the September 29th episode of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy,' Nam Gyu-ri invited fellow members Lee Bo-ram and Kim Yeon-ji to her home to celebrate their 20th debut anniversary. The reunion naturally led the trio to reminisce about their days as SeeYa.
Lee Bo-ram reflected, “Our time as SeeYa was shorter than expected. I never imagined we would disband like that,” adding, “We debuted on 'Inkigayo' and ended on the same stage, and I couldn't stop crying at that moment.” She continued, “We hugged each other and cried for a long time after leaving the stage.”
She expressed regret, saying, “If that had been the case, SeeYa might have lasted longer and in a different way.” Kim Yeon-ji echoed her sentiments, saying, “Realizing it was the end brought a mix of emotions,” and the three were momentarily speechless as they recalled those times.
The conversation then turned to their reunion after disbandment. Lee Bo-ram said, “I never imagined we would perform together again,” to which Nam Gyu-ri replied with a laugh, “We didn't know it would happen either.” In fact, SeeYa made a significant impact with their reunion performance nine years after disbanding.
Nam Gyu-ri shared, “I realized how many people were waiting for us when my phone almost died from reading all the comments,” adding, “I can't return all the love we've received, but I hope to bring happiness to everyone someday.”
Meanwhile, SeeYa has recently announced their reunion, exciting fans with the news.
