Actor Kim Jun-han recently opened up about the royalties from the popular song 'Emergency Room.'
On the 28th, the YouTube channel 'Yoo Yeon-seok's Weekend Drama' featured the main cast of the movie 'Sal Mok Ji,' including Lee Jong-won, Jang Da-ah, and Kim Jun-han.
During the show, Yoo Yeon-seok bonded with Kim Jun-han, who was a former member of the band izi, and Lee Jong-won, who was in a band during high school, over their shared experience as drummers. Jang Da-ah humorously expressed her regret, saying, "I have no connection with drums," eliciting laughter.
Reflecting on those days, Kim Jun-han performed the iconic song 'Emergency Room' with a drum rendition for the first time in 15 years. Although he admitted feeling awkward after not playing for a while, his body seemed to remember the rhythm naturally once he started playing.
Yoo Yeon-seok, Lee Jong-won, and Jang Da-ah were all pleasantly surprised by the unexpected performance and applauded. Yoo Yeon-seok, in particular, expressed his excitement, saying, "It just comes out naturally, brings back old memories. Listening to the original is amazing."
'Emergency Room' by izi is also well-known as a karaoke favorite. When Yoo Yeon-seok teased that its ranking had fallen out of the top 100, Kim Jun-han confidently responded, "'Emergency Room' is still in the top ranks in karaoke. It hasn't left the rankings for 20 years."
The production team confirmed that 'Emergency Room,' released in 2005, still ranks within the top 5, causing another stir on set. When Lee Jong-won asked about the royalties, Kim Jun-han humorously replied, "It's like a gentle rain that continuously supports my life." Yoo Yeon-seok jokingly added, "Are you becoming a building owner with 'Emergency Room'?" bringing laughter.
Meanwhile, Kim Jun-han, an only child, expressed his envy of the other cast members who have siblings, saying, "The unconditional love that only family can give is irreplaceable. I sometimes wonder when I'll start my own family. I don't have no thoughts about it, but it's not easy. The world is busy, and there's so much to do, so I'm not too lonely," candidly sharing his thoughts on marriage.
