This Instagram post marks Jin's first in 22 days since his last on the 3rd, and his first since BTS's comeback performance at Gwanghwamun on the 21st.
Previously, there was controversy among fans when Jin's name was missing from the credits of BTS's fifth studio album 'ARIRANG.'
In response, leader RM addressed the situation during a live broadcast on the 20th, explaining, "It's unfortunate that Jin couldn't participate in the song camp in the U.S. due to his solo tour schedule."
Some fans expressed dissatisfaction, questioning, "Was it impossible to adjust the timing for a full album?" and "Excluding just one member from the song process was inappropriate."
Meanwhile, BTS's new album 'ARIRANG' embodies the group's identity, longing, and deep love. It includes 14 tracks, with the title track 'SWIM' reflecting BTS's determination to keep moving forward amidst life's waves.
