Actor Lee Je-hoon has once again made headlines with his generous donation.
Lee Je-hoon has donated 100 million KRW to Seoul Asan Hospital, continuing his philanthropic efforts. He first established a connection with the hospital in 2021 with his initial donation and has since been committed to alleviating the suffering of underprivileged and pediatric patients through ongoing contributions.
This time, Lee expressed his intention to contribute to the hospital's development fund, hoping that the donation would be used to build an advanced treatment system for cancer patients, thereby improving the treatment environment. Lee stated, “I am glad to be able to extend my support from afar by hearing about the treatment of underprivileged patients. At the same time, I wanted to assist the hospital's development fund so that they can actively support patient treatment, which led me to decide on this donation. I will continue to make efforts to extend my support frequently.”
Lee Je-hoon is not only the first major donor of Oxfam's high-value donor group, where he serves as an ambassador, but he is also recognized as a significant donor to the Beautiful Foundation and Green Umbrella Children's Foundation. He has even received a commendation from the Minister of the Interior and Safety for his contributions. Lee continues to lead by example in promoting a culture of giving, spreading positive influence among the public.
Meanwhile, Lee Je-hoon successfully concluded his 20th-anniversary fan meeting [Our 20th Moment] last month and has confirmed his appearance in the upcoming SBS drama 'Seung San Isseumnida,' set to air in 2027.
