Hwang Shin-hye Reminisces First Love and Youthful Dates on 'Living Together'

On the upcoming episode of KBS1's 'Living Together' airing on the evening of the 25th at 7:40 PM, 63-year-old Hwang Shin-hye reflects on her first love and youthful dates from her twenties.

As spring arrives, three single moms embark on their first trip to Seoul, planning their day with Hwang Shin-hye. Known as a top star chef and the 'Queen of Home Cooking,' Sun Mi-ja offers a cooking class where they learn to make 'Soy Sauce Braised Pork,' a dish perfect for spring. The trio is determined to master the recipe to impress their future guests. The dish, known for its tender texture akin to a Korean version of Dongpo Pork, is complemented by three side dishes. The single moms prepare a full meal with wild chive and leek salad, aged kimchi salad, and garlic fried rice.

Their second activity involves a flower class at a studio where global K-pop sensation BTS once took lessons. Sitting in the same seats as the BTS members, they choose their favorite members and plan to create bouquets for their loved ones. They learn flower conditioning and spiral bouquet techniques, enjoying the process. Hwang Shin-hye humorously adds more flowers than needed, causing her hand to cramp, which brings laughter. Despite not being fond of flowers and often declining floral gifts from her daughter Lee Jin-yi, she discovers a newfound appreciation for them.

The final stop is Daehak-ro, where two of the moms support Jung Ga-eun's theater performance. While enjoying street snacks, Hwang Shin-hye reminisces about her first love from a nearby university and the youthful dates they had in the area. At the theater, they are impressed by Jung Ga-eun's performance as a flight attendant, especially her comedic kiss scene, which elicits laughter and applause. The day concludes with heartfelt compliments for Jung Ga-eun, making the Seoul outing even more memorable.

Catch the first Seoul outing of the three single moms on KBS1's 'Living Together' at 7:40 PM on the 25th.
