The fifth episode of tvN's 'After School Teacher Taeri,' aired on Sunday, the 22nd, featured a variety of heartwarming episodes, from apple picking with 'Teacher Ko' Code Kunst to a sports day enhanced by 'Teacher Whale' Ahn Sung-jae's special school lunch. This show marks actress Kim Tae-ri's first regular appearance on a variety show since her debut in 2016, generating high expectations even before its premiere. The show started with a 1.5% viewership rating on its first episode last month, dipped to a low of 0.9% on March 15th, and slightly increased to 1.0% in the latest episode on the 22nd.
Kim Tae-ri, Choi Hyun-wook, Kangnam, and Code Kunst took the students out of the classroom for an apple picking experience at student Joo-eun's family orchard. Divided into teams led by Kim Tae-ri and Choi Hyun-wook, the apple picking competition was enriched by the children's extensive knowledge of apples, a specialty of Mungyeong, making the experience both educational and entertaining.

The novice teachers were amazed by the children's ability to complete a scene without a script for the first time and found hope and potential in what they could achieve in the remaining time.
On the day of Yongheung Elementary School's sports day, Ahn Sung-jae took charge of the entire school's lunch. To cater to the children's tastes and offer a unique culinary experience, he prepared a menu featuring rose basil pasta, ham tangsuyuk with persimmon sauce, Korean beef tenderloin steak, and chocolate pudding. Kim Tae-ri, Choi Hyun-wook, and Kangnam enthusiastically supported Ahn Sung-jae as cooking assistants, showcasing their chemistry.
The ham tangsuyuk with persimmon sauce and the unique rose pasta topped with cream, cheese, and basil received high praise from the cooking assistants. Ahn Sung-jae's lunch, prepared with the heart of a chef and a father, resonated well with the children. Watching the children enjoy their meals, Ahn Sung-jae engaged in warm conversations at their level, bringing smiles to everyone's faces.
