Wendy, a member of the popular K-pop group Red Velvet, has been voted as the number one female singer people want to go see cherry blossoms with this spring.
The poll, conducted by TenAsia from the 16th to the 22nd, asked participants, 'Which female singer would you like to go see cherry blossoms with this coming spring?'
Wendy claimed the top spot. On the 21st, she shared photos from the W:ealive event on her official account, updating fans on her performance activities. Alongside the photos, Wendy expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you so much for the beautiful photos filled with love and affection. Photos to be continued." She also thanked those who attended W:ealive, sharing her appreciation through her performance and words.
In second place was Yuri from the group Girls' Generation. Yuri is currently performing in the play 'The Wasp' at the Sejong S Theater in Seoul, which runs until April 26. The play is a two-person drama about two high school friends, Heather and Carla, reuniting after 20 years.
Third place went to Jang Wonyoung from the group IVE. IVE held their '2026 IVE THE 4TH FAN CONCERT 'DIVE into IVE'' at the Incheon Inspire Arena on the 21st and 22nd. Jang Wonyoung also shared photos from a cosmetics brand party on her Instagram on the 21st.
Currently, TenAsia is hosting polls on their website with themes such as 'Which female singer would you like to take a warm spring night walk with?', 'Which male singer would you like to take a warm spring night walk with?', 'Which female trot singer would you like to take a warm spring night walk with?', and 'Which male trot singer would you like to take a warm spring night walk with?'
