In a gripping episode of tvN's 'Siren' aired on the 23rd at 8:50 PM, Cha Woo-seok, played by Wi Ha-jun, takes a bold step by taking out a life insurance policy on Han Seol-ah, portrayed by Park Min-young, to catch the real culprit.
During the episode, Cha Woo-seok visits Han Seol-ah's home and reveals, "Thanks to your dashcam, I found it," adding, "I also discovered the circumstances of entering and exiting the building."
Han Seol-ah responds, "Then it must be CEO Baek's doing." Cha Woo-seok presents a document, stating, "We can't leave it like this. If we set a trap first, they'll definitely fall for it." However, Han Seol-ah, upon reviewing the document, tears it up in anger, exclaiming, "Do you think I'm easy? Why does everyone act so selfishly?"
Cha Woo-seok tries to persuade her, "Think rationally. This way, the real culprit will appear before me." Han Seol-ah, emotional, questions, "Do you know how cruel this is for me? What if I end up using you and you actually die?"
Cha Woo-seok responds, "I don't care. You can just use me." Han Seol-ah, on the verge of tears, asks, "Have you ever felt guilty for someone who died because of you? Do you know how painful that is?" Cha Woo-seok empathizes, "I know. I lost my only family too," showing his understanding. Han Seol-ah's expression becomes even more tearful.
