On the evening of the 21st, TenAsia visited a convenience store near Gwanghwamun Square to commemorate the 'BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG' event, which began at 8 PM.
In celebration of BTS's comeback, employees at a convenience store near Gwanghwamun Station donned purple uniforms to attract fans. One employee noted, "Today is such an important day that even an executive visited the site."
A clerk at a convenience store near the Seoul Finance Center's security checkpoint told TenAsia, "Until yesterday, I didn't really feel the impact of the concert. Today, the foot traffic has increased unbelievably." According to the store, the influx of visitors began around 8-9 AM, with a significant surge starting at 3 PM. The crowd included a substantial number of international fans as well.
Meanwhile, BTS released their fifth studio album 'Arirang' on the 20th at 1 PM, marking their return to the music scene. This is their first full group album in approximately 3 years and 9 months, and their first studio album release in 6 years. 'Arirang' encapsulates the group's identity and universal emotions they have encountered. The album was produced under the direction of Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, enhancing its quality.
