TikTok Launches Global Campaign to Celebrate BTS's New Album 'ARIRANG'

TikTok is launching a global in-app campaign to celebrate the release of BTS's fifth studio album, 'ARIRANG'.

The campaign will run from March 20 to April 3, allowing users worldwide to celebrate the group's comeback and enjoy related content on the platform.

Users can participate in the event through a dedicated page on the TikTok app. By completing the given missions, they can earn a limited edition 'ARIRANG' profile frame or collect a set of digital stickers. These stickers can be used as decorative elements in video creation within the app.

A special editing effect reflecting the vibe of the title track 'SWIM' will also be available. Additionally, the app will offer the full tracklist of the new album and a preview feature, along with information about 'BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG', which will air on Netflix. All album-related content can be accessed in one place.

BTS currently boasts over 74.4 million followers on TikTok, with hashtag posts exceeding 1.04 billion. The accumulated likes on related content have surpassed 1.7 billion.

Yoo Kyung-chul, Head of Artist & Label Partnerships for TikTok Asia, expressed excitement about launching the campaign alongside BTS's new activities. He noted, "BTS fans are incredibly passionate on TikTok, significantly impacting music culture and fandom activities on the platform. We hope this experience allows people worldwide to celebrate the comeback and connect more closely with BTS's music through various content."

This fifth studio album marks BTS's first new release in three years and nine months. TikTok plans to continue supporting fans in experiencing music in a multidimensional way through this campaign.
