Korean broadcaster Choi Hee has made headlines with her impressive 20kg weight loss following childbirth.

On the 18th, Choi Hee shared a video on her social media with the caption, "Let me brag a little," showcasing her transformation before and after her diet. The video revealed her dramatically changed physique, capturing the attention of many.

Choi Hee, who once had a fuller figure, now boasts a slim and toned body. Her defined abs, sharp jawline, and perfectly angled shoulders, which were not visible in past photos, have become a focal point.

Choi Hee stated, "I have two children now, but through exercise and diet alone, I've lost 20kg and maintain a weight of 52kg at 166cm tall." She also shared her personal weight maintenance tips, including "reducing unhealthy foods, filling up on beneficial foods, eating only 80% of what you want, and focusing on cleansing." Choi emphasized the importance of enjoying food without stress.

Choi Hee married a businessman in 2020 and has a son and a daughter. Previously, she made headlines for losing 14kg just three months after giving birth.
