Former S.E.S Member Shoo Launches New Cosmetics Brand
Shoo, formerly of the group S.E.S, has announced the launch of her new cosmetics brand, creating a buzz in the industry.
On the 17th, Shoo shared on her social media, "Over the past year, I have immersed myself in the world of cosmetics, studying deeply, observing, listening, and feeling, pouring all my senses into this preparation," along with a photo.
In the released photo, Shoo strikes a cynical pose in a semi-formal outfit against the backdrop of her cosmetics brand office. Another photo reveals a hand holding a business card with the name 'CEO Yoo Soo-young.'
She stated, "Amid numerous meetings and business trips, we have strived to find our identity, and now the new cosmetics line from Renoble will soon be unveiled to you," adding, "Starting in April in Vietnam, I hope Renoble becomes a beloved brand worldwide."
Meanwhile, in 2019, Shoo was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for two years, for habitual gambling involving over 700 million won, effectively halting her entertainment activities. At the time, Shoo expressed on her social media, "I have tried working at a side dish store, selling clothes at Dongdaemun Market, and working at a friend's restaurant, doing my best to repay my debts."
In 2022, Shoo attempted a comeback as an internet broadcast BJ, but ceased activities again following exposure controversies.
