On the 12th, FreeZia posted on her Instagram story, saying, "As spring is coming... I wore new sneakers and had a date with my mom," along with a photo and a video link.
Previously, on the 8th, FreeZia uploaded a vlog on her YouTube channel 'THE FreeZia' where she visited a nail salon.
During a conversation with a staff member, FreeZia mentioned, "This sister's boyfriend uses a Galaxy Flip." When the staff asked, "Why? What's wrong with that?" FreeZia replied, "Honestly, I wouldn't like it if my boyfriend used a Galaxy."
She further explained, "My mom and dad use Galaxy too. But isn't it different from a boyfriend? The thought of being photographed with that phone annoys me."
FreeZia added, "The photo quality between Galaxy and iPhone is different. I've never even touched a Galaxy. The only people I can tolerate using it are my mom and dad."
She also mentioned, "When the Flip first came out, I thought it was pretty and wanted to try it. But iPhones seem much more convenient."
Her comments sparked reactions online, with some netizens criticizing her, saying, "Even if it's the same words, the way you say it matters," and "Isn't it inappropriate to say that when the staff's boyfriend uses a Galaxy?" Others defended her, stating, "It's just a personal preference."
Meanwhile, FreeZia faced backlash in 2022 for using counterfeit luxury items and presenting them as genuine on her YouTube channel. After apologizing and taking a break, she returned five months later, sharing daily vlogs, mukbangs, and beauty tips to reconnect with her fans.
