J.Y. Park Steps Down from JYP Board, Teases New Creative Ventures
Singer and producer J.Y. Park has shared his first update since announcing his resignation from the board of directors at JYP Entertainment.

On November 11, J.Y. Park posted a video on his Instagram with the caption, "Ah~ why do I feel so restless?^^"

The video features ITZY member Chaeryeong, a JYP artist, dancing to "That's A No No." J.Y. Park expressed his desire to join the challenge, with member Yeji commenting, "Is something big coming?" and Chaeryeong saying, "Where are you, PD-nim? I'll be right there," showing their excitement for J.Y. Park's dance.

Previously, on November 10, JYP Entertainment announced, "J.Y. Park will resign from his position as a board director." They added, "He will not seek reappointment at the shareholders' meeting on March 26."

JYP stated that J.Y. Park plans to focus on his creative activities as an artist and on nurturing younger artists, as well as engaging in new external activities for the K-pop industry.

Meanwhile, J.Y. Park was appointed last year as the chairman of the Presidential Committee on Cultural Exchange, a body established to develop a national vision for cultural policy and enhance the competitiveness of the cultural industry through public-private cooperation.
