Former 'Chungju Man' Kim Sun-tae Unveils New Office as He Embarks on YouTube Journey

Kim Sun-tae, formerly known as 'Chungju Man,' is making headlines as he reveals his new office in Chungju, marking the beginning of his second act as a YouTuber.

On the 11th, Kim Sun-tae's YouTube channel featured a video titled 'My First Office.' In the video, Kim announced, "I secured an office yesterday (as of the filming date), and though it's modest, I wanted to show it to you."

He explained, "I invested in a place with an elevator, anticipating the growth of my channel like Calm Man's." He added, "Initially, I considered a studio apartment, but if things go well and I need staff, having separate spaces would be beneficial. It's a gamble in a way," expressing his ambition to grow into a major YouTuber. Kim humorously added, "But I'm worried about whether I can pay it off."

Kim shared, "I got my first office during my career break. The deposit is 5 million won with a monthly rent of 650,000 won. It's not exactly cheap for the Chungju area," he explained. He added, "Still, I really like the office's condition. It gets a lot of sunlight."

Notably, Kim's message to those interested in his solo venture has caught attention. He said, "Many people offered to give me gifts," clarifying, "Revealing the office might seem like I'm asking for a stocked fridge or other support, but that's not the case at all."

He stated, "I plan to keep the office minimal with almost no items," and candidly added, "I don't need such gifts. Instead, give me ads." He humorously concluded, "You might be curious about what the first ad will be, so stay tuned," raising anticipation.

Meanwhile, Kim Sun-tae, who was previously a public relations officer for Chungju City, launched a YouTube channel specializing in promotions after resigning. As of 6 PM on the 11th, the channel boasts 1.39 million subscribers. Recently, a document titled 'Kim Sun-tae (YouTube) Channel Introduction' circulated online, suggesting the channel's top ad rate is 100 million won, sparking controversy. However, it remains unclear if the document was actually produced by Kim's team.
