Fourteen years after their divorce, Seo Jang-hoon and singer Lee Hyori are set to become dating mentors.

JTBC is generating buzz with its upcoming dating reality show, which is currently seeking couple participants. Scheduled to air in the first half of this year, the new JTBC dating program will feature two hosts, Lee Hyori and Seo Jang-hoon, who will engage in candid discussions about real-life couples' conflicts, each bringing their unique perspectives on love.

The show will tackle stories of couples facing realistic relationship dilemmas, such as those on the brink of marriage but encountering crises, couples frequently clashing over friends or family issues, and those caught in a cycle of breaking up and reconciling. The two hosts will delve into these unresolved conflicts, analyzing "who's right" and "whether the relationship should continue," offering deep insights from their viewpoints.

The pairing of Lee Hyori and Seo Jang-hoon as hosts is particularly anticipated. Known for her relatable empathy as the 'warm next-door sister,' Lee Hyori, and Seo Jang-hoon, the 'stern life mentor,' will provide honest discussions on relationship issues from their differing perspectives. As prominent life mentors in South Korea, they plan to listen to couples' concerns and offer practical advice.



The production team stated, "This program will candidly explore the conflicts and decision-making moments that everyone encounters in the course of a relationship," adding, "We are eagerly awaiting the brave applications of couples contemplating a breakup or uncertain about the direction of their relationship."
