Actors Oh Yeon-soo and Kim Sung-joo Honored as Exemplary Taxpayers in South Korea
South Korean actress Oh Yeon-soo and broadcaster Kim Sung-joo have been recognized as exemplary taxpayers.

On March 4, Oh Yeon-soo shared two photos on her Instagram story without any captions. The images show her receiving a commendation for being selected as an exemplary taxpayer.

Kim Sung-joo was also honored as an exemplary taxpayer. On March 3, during the 60th Taxpayer's Day ceremony held at the Gangnam Tax Office, he received a commendation from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance.

Through his agency, Kim expressed his gratitude, stating, "I am simply thankful to receive this commendation for fulfilling my duty as a citizen of South Korea."

The exemplary taxpayer award is given to individuals and corporations who diligently fulfill their tax obligations, contributing to national financial stability and promoting a culture of responsible tax payment. In contrast, earlier this year, actors Cha Eun-woo and Kim Seon-ho faced allegations of tax evasion.

Meanwhile, Oh Yeon-soo, born in 1971, is 54 years old. She married actor Son Ji-chang in 1998, and they have two sons, born in 1999 and 2003, who are now adults.
