On October 3, a fashion news social media account posted a teaser image for T.O.P's new song. The account reported that T.O.P had uploaded an image on social media, which is believed to be a scene from his upcoming music video.
In the photo, T.O.P is seen wearing a suit, furrowing his brows with an intense gaze while drinking. Notably, G-Dragon liked the post, drawing significant attention from global fans.
Previously, in February 2020, T.O.P conducted an Instagram Live session where he expressed regret to his fans, stating, "I always feel sorry for my fans," but also mentioned, "I won't make a comeback in Korea. I don't want to make a comeback at all. People are too harsh."
Last month, T.O.P announced the release of his new album on social media. This marks his first solo release since the digital single 'DOOM DADA' in 2013, and his first musical activity since Big Bang's 'Spring Summer Fall Winter' in April 2022.
T.O.P debuted with Big Bang in 2006 and has pursued both singing and acting careers. However, in October 2016, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison with a two-year suspended sentence for smoking marijuana at his home. He subsequently halted his activities and announced his retirement from the entertainment industry, but reversed his decision by joining the cast of the Netflix series 'Squid Game 2' set to release in December 2024.
